Let's focus less on me pretending to hail a cab and more on this killer outfit.
I've been a huge fan lately of blending masculine and feminine styles. From blazer dresses or a well-tailored pant suit to this pinstripe, asymmetrical wrap dress. The colors are everything I want for fall: deep greens, creamy ivories and a touch of copper. Digging it!!
I got a little out of my comfort zone with these shoes on this one. Honestly, sometimes I get in a rut, wearing the same nude pumps over and over, just because they match everything, but I tried on these pearl sandals with my dress by complete accident and fell in love with the pattern combo (usually it's a different kind of falling when I put on heels).
The Kate Spade bag, adds a bit of femininity to balance the leather of the heels and the pinstripe of the dress, while tying the outfit together. And I topped it off with a delicate studded bolo necklace from House of Harlow (another piece I normally wouldn't wear, but now never want to take off).
Just stepping out of my comfort zone with this outfit, and loving it, made me so much more confident (note to self for other areas of my life).
